Ethics

Ethics you can check, not ethics you are askedto believe.

Every sales tool says it is responsible. We would rather be checked. Each commitment below says what you will see in the product and how to test it yourself, and the register at the end is dated, so a change to any promise is public.

How can I check?

Eight commitments. For each: what you will see, and how to test it.

CommitmentWhat you will seeHow to check
Nothing is sent without a personThere is no auto-send setting to find. Every send shows who pressed it and when.Open any day in replay. Every sent message names the person who approved it. Ask us to show you the settings; there is nothing to switch on.
A guessed address is never written toAn unconfirmed address is marked "guessed" and the message is held with the reason.Ask for a demo on a company with no public contact. Watch SIVA hold instead of guess.
A person who opts out is not contacted againOpt-out on every message. A "stop" suppresses the person across the whole enterprise, immediately, and the pre-send check runs on every path.Opt out from a demo message yourself, then watch the next attempt fail the check in replay.
No invented factsEvery market fact carries a date and a link. A fact without a source is not shown; a quiet day says "nothing new".Click any source on this site or in the product. Ask for a territory where nothing moved and read what SIVA says.
Your data never trains anythingWritten into every agreement. Nothing you put in leaves your workspace, and no other customer ever sees it.Read the clause before you sign. Ask us what we would need to change to train on it; the answer is your written consent, which we will not ask for.
No number without a repeatable runEvaluation gauges show the bar and a needle at rest until a real run exists. We claim "better" only where it was measured.Look at the model page. If a needle has moved, the run behind it is published with the release.
Bounces and complaints stop us, not youA bounce or a complaint suppresses the person at once; rates above safe levels pause sending and tell the leader why.Ask to see the pause in replay. It is recorded like every other action.
No one is deceived about who wroteMessages are in the seller’s voice and sent by the seller, who read and approved every word. SIVA never signs, never pretends, never writes to anyone on its own.Read the first message on the use-case page. A person’s name, a person’s send.
What about the people our customers write to?

They have rights here too, and they are the same rights everywhere our customers sell.If you have received a message from a PremiumRadar customer and want no more, you do not need to argue. Reply "stop", or write to us, and the sender’s whole company stops.

Opt out, once
Every message carries a way to opt out. One word is enough. It applies across the sender’s entire enterprise, not one mailbox.
Caps
Limits on how often anyone is written to, set by the customer’s owners within the rules of their region, protect your inbox as much as the sender’s domain.
No pretence
The message you receive was read and sent by the person who signed it. SIVA drafted; a person decided.
Ask us
trust@premiumradar.com. Tell us who wrote to you. We make sure the opt-out is in place and tell you when it is.
Where does the data come from?

From a known origin, or it is not used.Lists of unknown origin circulate in every market. We do not buy them and we do not accept them. Every record in the product carries where it came from and the terms it may be used under, and a record without that is not a record.

Public sources
Careers pages, press, company sites, public registers and notices. Dated, linked, shown.
Licensed sources
Business contact data under written licence, with the terms attached to each record and respected in every send.
Yours
What your team brings or corrects, marked as yours, never shared, never used to train anything.
Never
Private communications, scraped personal profiles, lists without provenance, or anything a person did not make public or license.
Has any of this changed?

The register. Every commitment, dated. If one changes, the change is written here first.

16 Oct 2026first publication
  • Eight commitments stated, each with a way to check.
  • Rights for recipients stated: opt out once, enterprise-wide.
  • Data origin rule stated: known origin, or not used.
  • No independent certification yet; planned. Until then, the record, the rules and the replay are open to reviewers on request.
How do I raise a concern?

Write to trust@premiumradar.com. A person answers, and we say what we did.Concerns from recipients, customers, regulators and researchers are all welcome. If we were wrong, the register says so.

Check us on your own territory.

Bring your compliance team. Try to make SIVA guess, send, or invent. It will not.
